I like the rug, but the customer experience didn’t match the price. I sent an email inquiring about my delayed delivery but never received a response. Then, I received the wrong rug.
When I reached out to the team again—first via email, without success, and then through chat—they asked me to drop it off at USPS without offering an apology. Since I don’t have a car, they arranged for a drop-off at UPS instead.
Later, I received an email urging me to return the incorrect rug because it was the last one in stock and another customer was waiting for it. This made me feel as though they were shifting the responsibility for the delay onto me.
I eventually received my rug but never heard back from the team. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of my situation, and no personalized follow-up—just generic, templated emails that didn’t address my concerns. Overall, the customer service and delivery process were disorganized, and both rugs arrived in damaged cardboard boxes.
