Awful customer service.

Shirt looks nice. Shipping was quite fast.

Had a good experience before but this time it wasn't accomodating. I really like the brand but it is the only online shop that somehow cannot see that they have received a return to be able to refund a customer. Sad because it is quite an expensive brand too. I didn't receive any emails with my parcel update either otherwise I would have changed my own error on time... really sad

A small delay with the delivery, but it was generally nice nice!

Feels like a bad dropship

I am extremely disappointed with this suit. From the photos, it looks like a nice knitted wool fabric, almost like a fine sweater material. In reality, it is nothing like that. The fabric is a cheap, printed synthetic material that only imitates the look of knitwear. It feels unpleasant to the touch, looks low quality, and is very far from what was advertised. The pictures are completely misleading. I would not recommend this product at all, as it does not match the description or the expectatio

Shipping took a while but it was during the holidays so it's fine. Would be great if there was free return and not final sale.

Parcel never arrived. They replied to one email and then ignored all the others because I wanted a refund for the item I paid for but never arrived.

All the transactions were good, simple and to the point, I have my products and I'm happy.

Kikillo Club support team has not addressed my concerns, and has refused refund/returns despite their returns policy stating they will accept returns for DEFECTIVE items. This is genuinely SCAM territory, I would not be surprised if this company gets taken down for their practices.

Customer Service Awful. Item was sent back (never retrieved because of late shipping) and never received refund. Texted you and you never replied. Awful.
