The only 'problem' I had with my contact with Loiste is that when I contacted jthem, I had an excellent response back and forth several Tims, BUT I prefer the personal touch of knowing whom I am speaking to. Their mails were always sent from Loiste Customer Support. I didn't know if I was writing to a man or woman (though I think it was a woman). The personal contact makes the whole business of having to contact Customer Support one bit nicer.
