Answering when I send an email would be a good start, Your sizing is totally wrong. I ordered 2 pair one smaller and one larger. The larger size were the only ones that fit the smaller person, so the ones that were supposed to fit the larger foot only fit the smaller foot. The smaller size do not fit anyone, I reported this straight away and noone answered. The fact that your sizing is 2 sizes out means I am not willing to pay postage back as this would not have happened if your sizing was more accurate. Besides as I have already stated I have had no response to my email anyway.Do not recommend your company.
