I had a generally good experience with Zuluzenith. The only downside was that my order wasn’t completely fulfilled — one item was not sent due to an issue at customs. While Zuluzenith was aware of this, I wasn’t informed at the time and initially thought it was a mistake. I had to follow up with them to get clarification, at which point they explained the situation. I would have appreciated being notified earlier, but they did send a thoughtful free gift as an apology for the delay.
