I don't know where the shipment originated from, but I assume it was the Netherlands. Proper refrigeration is critical for this product, otherwise it spoils. It took about 2.5 weeks from placing the order until delivery, and it was in transit for at least a full week!!!! It is highly likely that the Royal Jelly product is no longer in the condition it should be. What I don't understand is: if it was shipped from the Netherlands, why on earth does delivery to Germany take 2.5 weeks??????
