It was easy. Only hitch was I received a different board than the one pictured. The website shows a board with pushup handles and that is no longer sold. Needs to be updated. Also there are videos using that board and you can't do those exact exercises. Customer service tried to explain how to use the pegs to do push ups, but ergonomically and physically.. does not make sense. Need videos to show how to use the new board accessory.
