Ordering was quick and easy. I had a concern and a representative responded quickly. My current concern is that the exact portable reformer now seems to be showing up with other brand names attached (28pilates) with deals including many more accessories. This is quite confusing to me and I'm hoping I was not scammed by my purchase through flopilates.
