Your customer service is terrible. Long response time, incorrect assessment of my need (probably due to AI reading my emails), my machine arrived with a broken piece in November and I still have not gotten the correct replacement part. You keep charging me for an app that I cannot seem to access. Absolutely horrible.

I found the reformer to be very cheaply constructed, it was a different set up than the training videos which made it difficult to figure out, I got charged for the app when my order distinctly said I'd get a year for free and I'm still waiting for Customer Service to respond and it's been about 2 weeks.

I purchase the supposive package that came with everything to start. Even the usage of the app(which is only trial included, not fully unlocked), also, the exercises in the app are made with their larger reformer so their small one is not even used. Very misleading. Also, it was suppose to have the grip socks, not. Never got them. Reached out to them, they offer a gift card to only use with their products (which I am never going to use) and a $50 dolar refund to the account. DONT BUY
