I placed an order in May. I reached out repeatedly with no response half a dozen times. My order was intentionally sent to an unrelated address where I do not live. Customer service was IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of until I mentioned contacting the FTC. Your products are great but why would I buy them ever again when I had to wait 5-6 to get my order & be frustrated by completely unresponsive employees? Not worth the stress, cost, and time. I respect small businesses but get it together.

Exchange process is not seamless. Very detailed & complex especially when I ordered a weeks worth of underwear but the gusset on the seamless was loose so I exchanged. I had to write a reason for EACH one and was charged to initiate execution & charged again when exchange was processed. I really hope to speak to someone about this.
