There was a shipping hiccup which required a re-shipment so it took a couple extra months in total, but very responsive emails and actions to rectify.

Took a very long time to ship but most items work as designed. Hope they last for years to come.

I enjoy the transparency on the status of my order and the website was generally easy to navigate. The only thing that annoys me is that the price would show like 27 and then when I go to choose the one I want they were all 39. I had to go through every option to figure out which ones were on sale. I wish the site showed the colors that were on sale separately like how old navy does.

Customer service was helpful, after a miscommunication. They were able to fix the issue and get my order quickly!

Very helpful customer service

Shipping took an entire month. I ordered day one of my period and didn’t receive the package until day 2 of my next period! Also the return protection add on fee is an absolute joke and a great example of capitalism!

The website does not work well on Duck Duck Go. I had to switch to Safari or Google Chrome for it to load correctly. Not sure why that would matter, but it was a hassle.

I love that Saalt is always introducing new colors and how absorbent the underwear are regardless of style and cut.
