So just about all of my purchases have been great, and I've spent probably about $1,000 worth of product, but this issue and definitely your customer service's solution has really soured me to the entire company.

One of two sleeves arrived with multiple severe molding defects: a deep seam ruining the suction and a structural molding error under the lip. Customer service gave irrelevant excuses, telling me to use powder to fix a structural defect. I offered to return it for a proper replacement, but they refused. Now, they have completely stopped responding to my emails. Unacceptable quality control and support for a premium brand.
