General lack of detailed information on products/FAQ before buying left me to guess what really suited my interests.

Great, fast service, I'm just not thrilled with the product given the cost---I would have preferred to just pay another 20 or 30 to have one with both suction and heat. (The heating wand-stand seems unrealistic---I'm not trying to have it on display).

As a company purchasing something, fine I guess. Otherwise the products are really lacking.

Good stuff. Maintenance is a bit much but I always feel that way with male toys. I don’t use the powder and I’m thinking I’m going to have to use it. It gets so sticky without it. At least I hope that’s why it gets so sticky.

The new way that you are making fleshlights isn't working. I've bought two from you recently and both felt like there were no grooves or anything inside of the light itself

Do you test the sleeves at all? I have bought at least 8 sleeves and only two are useful. The rest are a complete waste of money. And the new fake skin tech is waaay to damn soft. It feels like nothing. Talk about a disappointment.

These have gone way up in price over the years. Used to be able to buy 3 for a decent price and I can no longer re-order from my past purchases. Stop paying royalties and make a good product?

The website gave me loyalty points that it burned without allowing me to use. I tried using the points for a purchase and it redeemed the points but said they couldn’t be applied. And the discount now expires in a month. Wasting it. No way to tell when discount can be used and if it can’t be, you LOSE it. I.E. scam loyalty discounts.

I'd just like a better way to keep it heated; the heating rod only warms it for seconds. If there were a few smaller heating rods built into the sleeve, that would work better.
