Nothing to complain about

I had a terrible experience with this company. The art itself looks great, but the hardware to mount it to the wall was not included, so I can't hang them properly. As stated, it was supposed to be included. Customer service is nonexistent. I am trying to return the items now because they won't send me fifty cents worth of hardware to hang them. "Inside your package, you'll find everything you need: elevation screws, hex nuts, a handy tool, a convenient hanging attachment, and step-by-step ins"

The emails were quick to be answered, they were just not clear that the process would take extra time AND come from outside the USA and hold it hostage for an additional $30 duty tax.

I had to pay extra fees to receive my package. Emails have been left unanswered!

This company does not respond to emails. I have asked them two different things on seperate occasions and I do not get a response. They advise to contact them but they do not respond.
