The webpage didn't match the actual product's dimensions, so we had to return the planner. Your refund policy conveniently cuts off free shipping at $60 dollars, but one planner doesn't cost that much. That forces people to buy products they may not want or need to get the free shipping. Also, as soon as we order the planner, we've been innundated with SPAM from Monk Manual, a lot of it about other products that we don't want to purchase. You guys have a nice look, but your actual practices are rather ugly.
