Shoes were what I had hoped for - comfortable, light weight, waterproof but breathable, and a nice looking casual shoe. Customer service was outstanding. The shoes came within 2 days! I had ordered the blue, thinking it was darker, more like navy, so I requested to exchange for black. Return was simple, free, and I had the replacement shoes again within 2 days.
