I received my package with my two pairs sneakers and insoles. I thought they had forgot to pack my toe separators. I sent them an email and they responded the next day saying they would send me a new pair of toe separators. In the meantime, I discovered that they were in the bottom of the package. I sent them an email back saying that I actually found the toe separators, but they said they had already requested a new pair and said to enjoy them. This is the best customer service I’ve ever had.
