I wanted to share my disappointment with a recent order of a pink and white dress, both in medium 54. The pink dress arrived tighter and shorter than the white one, it also said small 54 on the package. Despite being labeled the same size on the website, which was frustrating. Additionally, I wasn't informed about international shipping duties until after I placed my order. While the website NOW mentions these fees at checkout, it wasn't there when I ordered, leading to over $100 in shipping costs. To make matters worse, I've reached out to customer service for help, but they have been unresponsive and seem to be ghosting me. If you're considering ordering from them, be cautious about sizing inconsistencies and hidden fees.
