for some reason, when i placed the order, i got an email to the email address i provided. it was not a summary of the purchase with the order number, as is normal with online purchases. however it was an advert for accessories with a discount. the standard email is, i am sure, your intent to be autogenerated for your customers. however i did not get this, and i was a bit nervous due to widespread fraud out there. i found a way to contact you and you sent me the tracking info, so good news.

Side fin adaptor broke after less than two hours in the water. Customer service rather impressively says it’s 24/7….. but it clearly is nothing of the sort.
