Ordered a refurbished model on Amazon, was damaged in shipping. Was told a new one would be shipped out, waited, no news, eventually was told my order was fully cancelled. Asked about getting another - no response after a few days. Reached out directly to Speediance who said the sales team would reach out in the next few days. Never heard back. Ended up just reordering off their site.

Several weeks and no updates to order status, no shipment, no communication. But I've received four annoying emails begging me to write a review about how much I'm loving the Speediance order I haven't received. I do get a link to click, "I haven't received my order yet", which takes me to a mostly blank screen that says something dismissive like, "oh, no worries I'm sure it'll be there soon". $5k and zero updates. Ask me for another review I dare you.
