We have enjoyed Speediance Gym Monsteer 1 for a little more than 18 months now. While I did have a break in use due to major shoulder surgery, once I started PT and Rehab on my shoulder, i was able to incorporate many of the movements prescribed by PT using my Gym Monster because it is so flexible and the modes can mimic things like the exercise bands used at the PT facility. All and All, I believe the Gym Monster is one of the best all around home exercise machines available today.

It’s a great machine. I was looking for a whole house machine. I was looking at a freeway mass that weighed over 1000 pounds. I wish huge but you needed to put it in the basement or the garage. This thing you can move anywhere it’s plug-in play easy to work with software needs to be updated a little bit. It’s a little slow. I think that’s the only challenge sometimes the exercises are difficult to find, but they are there and changing the accessories can be a little cumbersome,
