When the order of 4 items arrived - 1 was broke and 1 was an incorrect item. After going to the file a claim, the new order arrived with the "correct" item and fixed item. However, the RED balloon dog I ordered is not red, it is pink. It looks nothing like the picture on the website or even in this review email. So, quite disappointed in that because it will not go on the cup I ordered it for because it is pink and not RED.
