I purchased it because there was a guarantee of return within 30 days if not satisfied. It only took me one night's sleep to know this pillow isn't for me. The company charges $45. for a return shipping label. After complaining, they offered a credit of 50% of the price I paid and that was the most they would do. Don't waste your money. You can find it on Amazon for less money and free returns.
