On April 29, 2025, I placed an order for a product that has yet to be delivered. The customer service department apologized for the delay. It has been nearly two months since the order was placed, and unfortunately, no product has arrived. Customs held the package, and Backvac reordered it. In my opinion, they should have inquired if I still desired the product before reordering since it's been such a long time.
