I ordered this backpack for my honeymoon in Europe but never received it after 5 weeks. The company replied quickly and began an investigation, but I left for my trip without it. When I returned, I asked for a refund, but instead they shipped another order within hours, before I could respond. On delivery, I was charged $130 in fees. Despite contacting BackVac, I’ve had no real help, leaving me out $130 with a product I don’t want and that doesn’t even hold 14 days of clothes.

I like the concept of the bag. I took it with me empty on a recent trip to Europe hoping to fill it with things. Empty it’s really bulky and I was barely able to fit it under the airplane seat. I did put clothes I got in there and I was able to fit quite a bit of stuff in there once i figured out how to use the pump.
