I want to share this experience with you.
A colleague and I ordered two Backvacs from the Backvac website. Unfortunately, due to issues beyond the control of this fantastic company (but rather those of the international shipping provider), the two backpacks are being shipped separately.
One of the backpacks arrived as expected, but the other was never delivered to the rightful buyer (I want to emphasize and repeat: this was the courier’s fault, NOT Backvac’s).
After various checks, inquiries, and emails exchanged with their quick and efficient customer service, Backvac decided to send a replacement backpack to make up for the damage caused by third parties, demonstrating understanding and dedication to the customer even for problems beyond their control!

Pros:
The size of the vacuum backpack is convenient for travel. It fits easily in an airplane overhead bin, so carrying it on a flight should not be a problem.
Cons:
The USB-C connection could be improved. When I connect my phone to a 65W power bank, it does not deliver the expected output. The USB-A port also does not support higher power levels.
The vacuum performance is also quite weak. I had to use a stronger vacuum to properly remove the air. Even after vacuuming, air slowly leaks back into
