I’ve bought clothes from many places and returned them from many places and this is the only time a return has been denied for no tags and being wrinkled. That is what I am going to remember. I’m going to go somewhere else next time for sure. Clothes are impossible to tell if they’ll fit before hand so I need someone who allows more grace in returns. I even used the measurements and a tape measure but that wasn’t enough.
