Love the organic SheDevil and Ripcord especially. Our mugs are larger than average so I prop up the filter holder with a popsicle stick. Why is the Ripcord in plastic? I’m assuming most of your clients are jumping over to pour overs to eliminate plastic.

The coffee maker came very quickly and very easy to set up. We love our BIG cups of coffee, so we struggled with 8 oz cups of coffee. Our interactions with service staff were prompt and helpful.
