Shocking. You sent me the wrong items and instead of sending me the correct ones you've kept telling me you're trying to sort out your problems. I don't care what your problems are. You should have already sent me the items I ordered. It has been 5 weeks now and I still don't have them. Non-existent client service.

It perfectly solves the problem for placing a bag on the ground.

Train your customer service reps to take action vs. offer a pointless apology. Anything more than ‘do nothing.’
