Purchased during a valued-customer pre-sale but then found 24 hours they were giving away free gift with purchase. When I queried it, the OW team said I could buy for $100 the item I would have got for free with my $400 spend had I waited a day or two for the open access. That's pretty disappointing. OW also sells through other retailers but you can't combine reward points for these purchases. If you are loyal to a brand, not just a sales platform, you should be able to add this to your rewards profile. Other brands do this. Otherwise, delivery is prompt.
