Louise Carter store reviewsSee product reviews

I ordered the bundle. Out of my 7 pieces, 4 were poorly made, broken, or had a missing stone within a day.

One of my items was not in my order, had to email to get missing piece, earrings with green stone broke and one of the stones came off during this 1st time wearing them .y daughter was so upset, ring already changed color on the inside even though they advertise their pieces don't change color over time. Worst $80 wasted on jewelry.

Good selection for a good price

Shipping was timely and packaging was useful. Sturdy box with reusable packets for each piece of jewelry.

I literally wear a piece or few every single day!

Just not happy with the quality and being told that since I bought a bundle, I can’t have a return. Ultimately I was offered to return, but I just think it’s odd to sell somebody something and have it look poor quality and then tell them they can’t return it on the basis that it’s on sale when I’ve been watching the ads for this for over a year and it’s always on sale for the same price

Everything is great

Excellent customer service!

Customer service is top tier! There was a technical error on my end while ordering out of country and their team reached out directly to remedy it. They were very polite, thorough, and answered any questions I had. They really went above and beyond :)

very easy to navigate website and very cute items

The jewelry on the picture is way more different on the reality it is very cheap quality very fake!

Delivery took a little longer than I expected.

I have had a granddaughter in the NICU, and I haven’t had time to send back all my jewelry. It looks SO FAKE!!! I’m so disappointed

Not good, not receive bracelet

It was fine

Product for the most part disappointing. Quality not great,

False advertising! It looks Nothing like what it looks in ads and online.

Took way too long to receive product. Disappointed in the quality of two of the rings I ordered..

Shopping was fine but the quality is not

It was great Jewalry but it took 4 weeks to ship

Product is as advertised

shipping took a really long time and the link went to no where so I just waited snd one day it arrived

Great options.

Cheap ugly jewelry. Quality is horrible.

They keep there word which is refreshing!

A few of my items began to have missing pieces. For example, missing rhinestones, or self in-clasping bracelets. Easy fix. I lost a ring a week in, got loose quickly.

A 2nd bracelet wouldn't stay hooked, it fell off and I lost it.

Website was not always clear

Responsive and prompt exchanges. No problems!

Affordable and beautiful pieces

I used to be a loyal client, seems like quality is not the same

Quick shipping

I didn’t get the things I ordered

Great otherwise

Never received my order, took me forever to finally submit my order because of the glitch and the checkout button. Once finally able to check out and pay for my order, I never received it. Chinese shipping is a joke.

Customer service is awful. They have not resolved my issue (part of my order being wrong) in over 5 weeks and twenty-four emails. They keep saying the link is fixed and I should be able to return but it never is fixed. I don’t have the time or energy to try and get them to do right by me any more, so I have 4 pieces I don’t like and won’t wear. There are other options similar to LC. I would gamble on their customer service being much better. The pieces are good but not worth this frustration.

Took forever to be delivered and some of the pieces were not what I expected.

Delayed delivery
