Necklace with diamonds on the letter weren’t placed correctly but kept the item. The ring was tight despite correct sizing ordered. The bead bracelet was tight and bracelet sizing on the website is odd. Bracelets seems either too tight or too loose.

I love everything I got! 4/5 stars just because one on my dainty necklaces has a loose link and keeps coming undone when I wear it. Other than that, I’m definitely buying more!

I didn’t receive all my ordered item I think they subbed it out . I received a ring that has claw like feeling it dangerous because it sticks straight out but my other items were great except that one .

Even with an issue, they were very responsive.

I wish the items were American made. My experience was great but leaning toward companies with US production and shipping wait times.

Some items are lovely, however my fist box didn’t arrive, my second box the bracelet came broken and the third box all the earrings just weren’t as expected. Anklet was nice but bracelets with charms broke quickly and charms fell off. I didn’t contact customer service because earrings cannot be returned and to send back the broken ones would cost return fee, so I don’t believe I’ll be ordering again

Great quality stuff and quick delivery!

The items are beautiful and it true you can wear them all the time. I was just a little disappointed on one item that the stone came off within weeks of wearing it. I'm still wearing it's a beautiful bracelet one that actually fits me.

You can't return anything without paying ridiculous return fees.

I have received two bundles and I'm waiting for my third. Can't get enough of a good thing 😉

i really like the jewelry that didn’t fall off or break, but lost 3 pieces out of my 8.

Horrible customer service

I ordered two of the same bracelets in different orders because the first one was so large. I thought id try again. No change. I bought an anklet and it broke within 2 days and a pearl bracelet that broke after a week of wear.

Shipping took WAY too long
