I haven’t received my latest order yet. So excited for the opportunity for new products

Shopping was good, products were mostly good, I put in the individual reviews the ones that had quality issues. In general it was a good experience.

The jewelry has a good weight to it. I wish the yellow gold was a softer tone. It's a bit too harsh of a yellow/green for me irl.

So far so good. We will be wearing the jewellery in Europe this summer at the beach and will test the waterproof/tarnish fee claims 😉

Overall the shipping was was fast (about 2 weeks instead of over a month). I bought these to wear when out of town on vacation when I am afraid to bring expensive jewelry. Some of the pieces have a weird dark color that looks fake and obvious that it is costume, but some of them (mostly the earrings) seem more natural in color, and look almost like real gold. I like the thickness and weight of the necklaces from this brand, they are heavier and higher quality, but hate the color - it looks off.

The jewelry design is nice, but the finish looks and feels a bit cheap—closer to imitation gold than real gold. The color also leans too orange, which takes away from the overall look.

There is a lot of good stuff to choose from.

Shipping took too long and it didn’t even come from the US. If I wanted cheap jewelry from china I would have.

Great jewelry!

I liked getting a bundle, but was not thrilled with the quality of what I received. Studs were longer than expected. Some of the details were not clear in the photos. It's ok for the price I paid in the 10/$100 bundle, but I would have been extremely disappointed if I had paid any more for many of the pieces I got.

I absolutely love if I can wear my earrings 24 seven with them looking brand new all the time

Nothing significant to note

I’m so sensitive to cheap jewelry so I was skeptical about the price and quality but I went for it and am so glad I did! I’ve worn the necklaces and earrings for days with out being bothered. I don’t usually like wearing things for more than a few hours, but the stuff I ordered just feels lightweight and comfortable to wear all day. I will definitely start a collection of Louise Carter!

Easy online ordering

There was a mishap with my order. Where my order was delivered, but I never received that order and when I found where it was delivered to it never left China. Fortunately, I was able to place that same order with customer service and receive my package with less time, but this experience had made me reluctant to purchase from LOUISE Carter again.

Specific descriptions of each piece and ring sizes were true to size.

Wish I had something tell me what I already bought. I got duplicate jewelry

Cheap jewelry

I wasn't able to return items that I didn't want and that I didn't use. I won't be buying from them again.

Items took forever to arrive and the necklace stack I got made my chest break out in less than an 2 hours of wearing. I really had high hopes for this brand based off the reviews.
