Took a long time to get delivered and 2 out of the 4 pairs of earrings I can get in my ears

Amazing company, had an issue with one defective item and they immediately took care of replacing the item with other item I chose. Will definitely order again!!

never got my order got a bunch of ai emails

It took far too long to ship, and the gold is soooooo orangey yellow I’ll never wear any of these pieces. I ordered one ring, a big open circle, and I can’t even get it on my pinky. If it’s meant to be adjustable, I couldn’t get the split piece apart even with a pair of pliers. I won’t order again.

So many beautiful options

The shipping took a very long time and didn’t provide very many updates. I was worried I fell for a scam for awhile.

Second order taking forever to get here. Going on three weeks!

Beautiful and fashionable.. I have purchased several pieces. Tye pearl ring arrived broken with the pearl not attached and one of the omega style bracelets broke.. however it is fun beautiful pieces without and I shower with it on and it does not tarnish.. I Love it!

i love the products overall just wish i could exchange this for something i’d like more

Great!

I originally ordered for the earrings but the rest of the jewelry was okay with no issues. I won’t be buying here again for myself or as a gift. I gave my sister a pair of the studs I bought and her ear became infected and swollen. Very disappointing.

Terrific customer service, fast shipping, the jewelry is better than described, and I never have to take it off if I don't want to. My LC jewelry never tarnished or turns green while withstanding the lake, pool, the shower, lotions, soaps, perfume, hair spray. My LC jewelry handles everything I throw at it. I get tons of compliments and always recommend Louise Carter!

The first order was stressful during shipping, the stone fell out of one ring already, and that is how I found you're drop shipped item on eBay. However your customer service was attentive when I reached out about the pearl ring. Since you told me it was past the 30 day window (so much for a lifetime guarantee!!!!!) I didn't bother you about the star ring that the stone fell out of two days after I reached out about the pearl ring.

Easy and efficient

A stone fell out of a ring and it wasn’t covered to get replaced which I thought was unfair.

Quality of these were awful. The lash on one of them was already broken upon arrival.

Long delivery time and the quality it awful.

I was unhappy with a few items and reached out to gave them exchanged and it was a very pleasant experience. Both people was assisted me was kind and extremely helpful. Side note I was not happy with a few but only because they just weren’t for me not bc they weren’t beautiful. 💜

I saw the advertisements on Facebook and wanted to see if the deal was real and so was the jewlery. The jewlery is stunning and I absolutely love them. It's nice not having to worrying about my neck or ears turning green. I can take a shower and swim and NOT take them off which I love and it's nice to have good jewlery as a stay at home mom that will give me some confidence back.

Returned some necklaces without any issues. Great customer service!

Delivery time take a while but the shipping updates are nice. I like the price of the bundle but I do not like one of the rings as it’s very dull.

Shipping times were longer than expected, two of the pieces I ordered have already broken and for the price I paid I expected durability.

ive ordered 3x now and although i love the jewelry, this one necklace has broken twice on me

Quick order… great delivery No complaints

Good i just wish the tracking was better, I'm communication.

I did not receive the dainty ring. I only received the other items. It was order number 560947. I scoured all my items. I was waiting thinking it might arrive later or something? It was the dainty birthstone ring, in steel, size 7. I did receive everything else and thought the others were lovely. I guess I thought I might receive it at a later date.

It took over a month to receive my items

they really helped out with an exchange & were very accommodating.

I didn’t expect shipping to take so long. I’m hesitant to order again because I don’t want to wait that long to receive my order.

The jewelry is nice

I'm not a fan of items made in China. Good marketing though. It made it appear that I was buying from an artisan. Not a mass manufacturing site.

Great experience.

Super easy to purchase. Shipping info was not easy to get.

Easy, but a long wait time for receipt of order.

The color of the jewelry doesn't match the photos or the videos. The jewelry has more of a brass color than the 18k gold it's advertised to be. I will not purchase or recommend this company to anybody.

Louise Carter is the best.

Great variety, but it was very slow shipping

Shopping took too long

Delivery too long. Jewel came off the ring shortly after wearing it. Everything else was nice.

When purchasing the bundles, I focused heavy on necklaces and I spent a lot of time to choose necklaces that didn’t have extenders… all my necklaces ended up with extenders. Very disappointed
