Although I like all the items and they are as described. I would have liked to have more of a choice on things as far as sizes. All the necklaces are really short. And the rings just come in a random size. Same for the bracelets. I ended up having to make my one herringbone bracelet an anklet because it was so big. I liked the items but probably won’t order again.

Cheap jewelry. Some gold came faded. Two of the hand bracelets already broke.

Everything looked cheap and smelled like metal

Long wait times for delivery and some pieces arrived damaged

Worst shopping experience and I shop a lot. No transparency or any updates on where my items are or any efforts to expedite so I can received my items after waiting a month and a half.

Quick ship. Packaging is not as shown online. “Gold” is not a true gold color, but rather a bronze.

I’ve bought TONS of your jewelry. I am almost always pleased with the pieces and prices however, I noticed that the shipping is taking longer and the packaging is different it used to be bigger cute box with silk like jewelry pouches and now it’s a small box with everything loaded on top in plastic zip like bags, but overall I am a repeat customer.

I am blown away at the great customer service. I had some delivery issues that they were quick to resolve. Which was awesome because I thought I would have to take a loss for the items I didn’t receive. Once I did receive my items, they were packaged beautifully!! My spinner ring didn’t look great but LC customer service had a new one on the way within days. I love everything I’ve purchased and will for sure be back for more!!!! Xoxoxo
