Disappointing quality and experience. Part of my order was initially forgotten, and when it finally arrived, the chain broke right by the clasp the very first time I tried to wear it. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated issue—I’ve had the same thing happen with jewelry from this company on two other occasions. I really wanted to love these pieces, but after three separate quality issues, it’s hard to justify purchasing from Louise Carter again.

I love the jewerly, just didn't care for the lack of shipping status information.

It seems to me like they're only sharing positive reviews about their brand and jewelery. Everything I received has has some kind of flaw or issue. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend or repurchase.

Shipping time was pretty long. I didn't think the offering matched the advertisements- like they were showing a different cycle of jewelry than the ones available. One of my items immediately broke and your systems do not make it easy to remedy that situation.

I was really excited about receiving my purchase because I had several items in my order. I had reached out to the company via Instagram and they were quick to respond and so nice about delivery date. When I received my items I was slightly disappointed because some look a little cheap for the price. Their customer service was wonderful I just was not very impressed with all the jewelry.

It took a while to get delivered but it came before my special occasion

Trying to pick which pieces to buy was a challenge.

The shopping experience itself was ok, everything beyond that felt like a scam.

It was slow to receive, seem to be shipped from china so not sure about the quality yet. 1 bracelet ,1 earing and the cain were actually really small and heavy so I will and can't wear those. The rest was great , again not sure about the quality. Not too pricy since it was a bundle but I would not buy full price ! Review from Canada

I loved the jewelry when I got it. I thought each piece was beautiful but 2 of my pieces I got broke 1-2 weeks after the order came in.
