Was sent a tracking order but didn’t receive anything. Sent an email with no response. Submitted a chargeback and only then was a new shipment made. But only half the order was sent. Emailed again to no response. Will now need to try another chargeback for half my order.

Ich hab Schuhe bestellt und diese passen nicht. Man hat keine vernünftige Möglichkeit diese Schuhe zurück zu schicken. Auf der Seite steht die Rücksendung nur in französisch.

La livraison a pris beaucoup de temps comme c’était un colis international … pour tout le reste c’était parfait !

Die Lieferzeit dauerte sehr lange aber es ist alles gut abgelaufen, ich könnte den Status die ganze Zeit verfolgen. Die Produkte sind in Ordnung nur etwas teuer. Alles in allem war ich aber zufrieden vielen Dank.

I am still waiting on 1 pair of shoes to arrive in my correct size that I ordered almost 2 months ago, but Rosélia has been pleasant to work with and easy to reach via email. The shoes themselves are beautiful and magical!

Pour accepter un virement il y a du monde pour envoyer une paire de chaussures beaucoup moins. Gros problème de gestion du stock et au final le client en pâti avec un Noël raté.

After having issues with the package, the seller refused to answer my MANY attempts to contact them. i never received the heels and am disputing charges with my bank. This is absolutely unacceptable.
