You cannot return this item unless you file a case against them with the Better Business Bureau. I wrote probably 20 emails, called about 30 times and filled out multiple return forms….after filing a complaint, I suddenly had a flurry of emails with the wrong information. If they refuse my return after all I have been through, I will make it my life’s mission to tell everyone personally, on Facebook and instagram, and TikTok and all others about what a harmful sham this thing is..
