I liked the first roll and subscribed for two more which I never received despite the package tracking showing it as delivered. I emailed my complaint to customer service and they dismissed it and said I must have purchased it from another vendor. I'm not very happy about this and the bottom line is I paid $39 for tape I never received and then my concern was dismissed and the ticket closed. Shoddy way to do business.
