Seller did not ship the watch that clearly was advertised and that I specifically paid for and was to receive.
The very nice and professional stainless steel wrist band was switched out with a cheap band or some unknown material before sending to me.
I immediately contacted company upon receiving the watch. After sometime and a initial response of acknowledgement of inpropriety, of course, I have not heard back from them.
Thankfully, I have all documentation and will be submitting to it to
