was honestly disappointed with the custom air freshener I received. The size was much smaller than I expected based on the pictures and description. I also assumed it would come already scented, but instead you have to spray the fragrance on it yourself. That wasn’t clearly explained beforehand and took away from the overall experience. The customization itself looked okay, but for the price I expected better quality and convenience.
