I don’t know if it was me or just the app, but I kept having to refresh and do it over and over and put the photo in over and over because it wasn’t loading the app would freeze and I literally had to place my order before purchase like four times that’s why I think the mixup came with it not being a cut out which I put cut out on there and because I had to refresh and do it so many times it did not come the way I needed it to come
