I had a great experience getting to know the Supra sewing team. It all started with a pleasant conversation through WhatsApp, where we asked questions and received all the answers we needed to determine if the machine was right for us. Later, we continued our communication via email, and the team consistently followed up until we received the machine. When we unpacked it at home, we were pleasantly surprised to find that almost everything was preassembled. It only took us 15 minutes to set it up and start using it. The machine exceeded our expectations and is very well built. Overall, we had an excellent experience, and we would definitely consider buying another machine from Supra Sewing.
