I messed up my order for sale of buy 1 and get 1 free. I only put 1 for total # of bottles which should have been 2. I contacted the company when my order came and there was only 1 bottle in the shipment. I explained that l thought it meant how many orders of the sale, instead of how many bottles. They explained that l should have listed 2 for the order , which meant buy 1 bottle, get 1 bottle free which is the equivalent of 2 bottles to be shipped!!! After the team reviewed my mistake, they sent me an email saying they understood my misunderstanding/mistake and will be shipping me the 2nd bottle!!! I appreciate this soooo much, especially in today's economy!!! I am and will be a faithful customer!!!! My daughter switched to Rise Luxus foundation after seeing my results!!! 🙂

You must have a Light, tan, medium etc cuz I my first order of this product year ago was Perfect. I wish I still had an old bottle. The foundation was light & matching. This one I have now is thicker and has a darker tint to it. It doesn’t glide on as smooth. I have great smooth conditioning skin of which I hardly wear any markup. Don’t use blush, don’t use powder, rarely use eyeshadow. I’m unhappy with these 2 bottles. I wish I had the other ones I previously used. Debra Strickler. Please proc
