The unwearable bracelet is sad enough. The price was for something more lasting. Also, no nofications regarding when it would arrive.

As much as I love the bracelet, the service has been shocking. I ordered more than 3 weeks ago and it only arrived yesterday. I chased them up last week, where they admitted they had missed my order. They explained it would be dispatched on the Friday, with express delivery due to the delay, but it wasn’t dispatched until Tuesday with standard delivery. The bracelet is beautiful but does have a few scratches on it, I’m disappointed due to how much these cost and the bad customer service.
