I haven’t received anything from Mankeel and it’s been around two months. Poor customer service, no response, and a scammer company that tries to still your money. Lies about shipment only taking 2-5 business days, sends labels that hasn’t even been processed to confuse you about shipment, and tells you that it will be over a month to keep you from reporting on 3rd party purchase site, and never ships anything. The worst ever trying to get a part for my kids scooter.
