Like other purchasers, I found the pendant to be thin and not of great quality. I also did not receive a card explaining the story behind the pendant, even though the website stated that I would. When I contacted the team, I received a brief, one-sentence reply saying my pendant doesn’t come with a card. When I clarified that the website stated otherwise and that it was intended as a gift, I received a response implying I wasn’t understanding the situation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would avoid purchasing from this company.
