Where do I start????
We have not even opened the bottle, as after reading the instructions we were very disappointed.
Quote or your website:
Question: "Do I need to remove the curtains to use Curtain Wizard?"
Answer: "No, you can use Curtain Wizard without taking down your curtains, making it a quick and easy solution for mould removal."
Directions for use on Bottle:
"Apply in a well-ventilated area (Hang the curtains out a window, if Possible)." - This is impossible with a solid glass window. Even the when you can hang a curtain partly out window, the window frame and house exterior are not the cleanest. Also, How do you hang a Roman blind out the window?

Question: -"Do I need to use any special equipment with Curtain Wizard?"
Answer: No, Curtain Wizard is a spray-on solution that does not require any special equipment or tools.
Directions for use on Bottle:
"...place a cardboard between the lining and the coloured fabric while spraying the lining and keep in place until the treated area is dry."
This is alot of cardboard needed to cover the curtain area to be sprayed, especially when i curtain is H2100mm Width 3900mm. So yes special equipment is needed.
Then on top of this when all traces of mould are gone, liberally spray the treated area with water to reduce any smells.
Now "liberally" definition - "in a way that is involves large amounts of something". In other words a lot of water, so probably soaking the carpet as curtains need a lot of water
These instructions should have been on your website and if they had been we would have not made a purchase of your product. We feel we have been miss lead and would like a full refund including freight costs, both ways
Order #8341
I look forward to hearing from you soon to arrange the refund process.
