Excellent service, arrived on time, the keycaps are high quality

Took a while to get an update on my order. Placed it May 21 and was notified that a shipping label was created June 1. This is within the order completion time frame that's stated on the website. Would've appreciated some kind of interim update in the mean time though.

I had a wonderful experience when buying and using items from 3dkeycap.

Easy shopping experience. Shipping was reasonably quick.

Good service but shipping to anywhere should be disclosed on the site when doing the purchase, not in a follow up email.

Good experience. Only issue was that shipping was kind of slow to California for one of my orders.

We always kept in touch through the whole business transaction. Good stuff!

Overall, the products are great. The shipping packaging could be better though. Maybe seal the boxes in plastic wrap for small items like the 1mm spacers, etc..

The experience was great the only reason there are 5 stars was I had to a bit of searching and guessing with the main keycap section. A more detailed compatibility list would have been appreciated.

Unfortunately there is import tax when shipping into Denmark, which adds a considerable increase in price (~50% with fees for two sets of mx tilters)
