The shopping experience itself was fine. The time to delivery was a little longer than customary these days. BUT, when the delivery tracking shows it's origination point is somewhere in China, that explains the delay.

The product arrived in an average number of days.

It was missing the eagle putter cover. Need it supplied.

Horrible service. Placed the order, after a month of it not being shipped, I tried to cancel the order. They told me I couldn’t, because it was getting ready to ship. A month later still nothing. Over two months no order has shown up! I disputed with my credit card company, hoping to have this resolved!

Delivery took quite a bit longer than expected but I emailed for updates and got fairly quick responses from a friendly team. The quality of the club covers is really good, my partner will be really pleased with them!

The head covers are very nice, excellent quality and fit the clubs perfectly. The only issue was the delivery time, over 3 weeks and I didn’t really know if I was going to get the head covers. They eventually came and were exactly as advertised. Well worth the money and I guess the wait time

They don't do what they state they will. Return policy is pathetic.
