I purchased 2 D4’s, Denali CANsmart, Soundbomb & mount, 2 B6 tail lights & mounts and the experience has been awful. I own a 2024 Honda Africa Twin DCT Adventure Sports. It took months for my items to be shipped to me.
After I received most of the items, I had troubles making them work. Initially it was a setting issue which (due to my fault) did not permit D4s to turn on without the bike running. Keep in mind nothing else worked as promised.
The horn only works while in software test mode, and the B6 brake lights have NEVER worked.
I worked with Carlson (who was super cool) with Denali to try and resolve but ultimately, I’ve been told by Denali to refer my concerns to the EZ cam developers.
After a substantial purchase, it seems they would rather turn a blind eye as opposed to standing behind their product. I’m jumping through the hoops but if this resumes, I will pursue a refund.
I have several motorcycles and intended to equip them with lights, etc from Denali, but now have decided to go with alternative.
Extremely disappointed. I will not purchase from them again. I would not recommend unless you’re willing to take the risk.
I don’t mind paying a premium price but for that purchase I want things to work or at the very least for the company to stand behind what they sell.
